PINGVAS prioritizes child safety and strives to provide a safe, healthy online environment for all users.

This policy complies with Google Play child safety standards and strictly addresses all forms of child-harmful content including CSAE.

1. Child Protection Principles

1.1 Age Limit

PINGVAS is a service for users 15 years and older. Age is verified through identity authentication during sign-up, and users under 15 are restricted from using the service.

1.2 No Harmful Content

Following content is strictly prohibited:

  • CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation) Content
  • All forms of content sexualizing children
  • Harmful or inappropriate images, text, videos for children
  • Content exploiting or exposing children's personal info
  • Grooming behavior targeting children

2. Monitoring System

2.1 Auto Filtering

AI-powered image recognition and text analysis blocks inappropriate content.

2.2 24/7 Reporting

All users can report inappropriate content immediately:

아동 유해 콘텐츠 신고 접수 시 즉시 해당 콘텐츠를 검토하고, 위반 사항이 확인될 경우 즉시 삭제 및 계정 정지 조치를 취합니다. 중대한 범죄 행위가 의심되는 경우 관련 법 집행 기관에 신고합니다.

3. Violations

3.1 Account Sanctions

  • 1st violation: Warning & content deletion
  • 2nd violation: 7-day suspension
  • 3rd or serious violation: Permanent ban
  • CSAE content: Immediate permanent ban and report to authorities

3.2 Legal Action

Content related to child sexual crimes is immediately reported to law enforcement (police, prosecutors) and we actively cooperate with investigations.
